  • Full clear and legible creed text and serial number

  • For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
  • For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read
  • If applicable, search interior of bag and/or pockets for small white tag with production information and include a picture of that.

I also forgot to ask a relevant question, if that's ok. I once saw a beige flat turnlock pouch with ticking lining on eBay. The description said that it didn't have the Coach logo anywhere. It didn't look obviously fake... besides, I've never seen a counterfeit ticking item before - guess I haven't seen a lot of things in my life, lol! Turnlock, construction, even the zipper pull - all looked quite convincing. I don't have the auction number and/or pictures as that was a while ago, but in general, is such thing as unmarked authentic item possible?

Hi everyone! I purchased this bag on eBay and received it over the weekend. It’s a pre-creed bag and I’d like some assurances that it is authentic. It has some of the right elements but a few things I’ve not seen before. I think it’s a precursor or early model Pocket Purse but with the little grommets on the sides for attaching the clips of the strap. There is no piping— the leather is seamed together then a fold over stitch or whatever it’s called. And the zipper is different, both the slider and the metal piece at the end of the teeth.

I've seen probably authentic Coach items that didn't have a logo anywhere but I don't think I've seen an authentic pouch or cosmetic case without a logo. These types of cosmetic cases were counterfeited. We've seen plenty. It looks good. I think it is an early convertible clutch.
