I'm curious about this listing. I don't believe it's made by Coach.

The serial font doesn't look right for the April, 1999 C plant.

Yes, fake. I'm seeing silver grommets too.

Another problem is that the 9144 Legacy Studio Flap wasn't introduced until Spring of 2000 so the date code D9C- in the fake's prefix is a full year before the bag was even made.

REMINDER:

Per purse forum rules, sellers are not allowed to post links to their own listings for authentication.

Here on the Coach authentication thread, we don't mind helping sellers stay honest but if sellers need help verifying authenticity of an item, please limit it to posting pictures of the item.

Exception: If you (as a seller) have an item questioned here or through a buyer dispute, you are allowed to add pictures and/or show the listing if necessary pictures are in the listing.

That doesn't mean it is fake. That is how the creed should be for this style. I can't really read enough of the creed to be absolutely sure but I don't see any problems. It is A1D-9206, not A10-9206. Are you absolutely sure of the measurements? That sounds too big for this style. It should be more like 12 inches long x 8 inches tall.
Thank you! You're right, my measurements were incorrect--must have been tired!

Please refer to post 1, page 1 for the information we need to see.

If the bag in question is not on an auction site, please use the following:

I am unsure what I am missing.
-There is no creed stamp or serial number (Post 2014 bag)
-Ad was pulled before I could link
-There are no tags included in the bag except for the "coach" tag

What site did you buy it on? What is the seller's ID? On most online selling sites, listings are still viewable even after they end.
