I bought a small Marcie cross body from neiman marcus and it wasn’t what I expected. It was stiff. Online it said it was made in Spain but it was made in Italy on the bag. It had a Hologram but no embossed number tag. The authenticity card was blank. Is this a fake bag?

Im returning the bag, I think it’s ridiculous that Chloe says on their website they cant confirm if my bag is authentic, I have no one who knows about Chloe bags to help and if I ask Neiman Marcus I’m not going to trust whatever they say so I just wanted someone outside neiman marcus to tell me my bag was okay to keep. The authentic detective and other site it seems to have bad reviews and the site isn’t secure also so I don’t feel like it’s safe.

Of course chloe's website wont authenticate, why did you think they would. I cant authenticate as you didnt provide all the necessary photos.
Authentic D is run by very experienced existing authenticators, so if you need help, they will also ask for photos.
