as per gail13's note, I don't authenticate most 17+ serial bags, unless I'm pretty sure it's counterfeit or it's from one of the few sellers I trust
But I do appreciate the login shot!

Can someone please authenticate this backpack for me? I purchased it pre-loved from a website. The original set of pictures sent to me I found out were from google after paying. Then they sent me pics of the actual bag and they looked fine. When I received the bag it appeared much smaller than the dimensions from the listing (which has since been taken down), which makes me think that it must be a mini size, which is a little disappointing but the bag is still cute. I basically just want peace of mind because of the hiccups along the way with this purchase. Thank you so much!

I don't authenticate 17 million+ series classic boys, classic flaps and reissues unless it's from a reputable seller that I know and trust, due to the proliferation of superfakes, or unless it's a bag that to me is clearly counterfeit. Unfortunately most paid services do not do these either unless you mail them the bag.

Need you to enter the serial number and also need a photo of the hologram containing the serial. What you included above is the model number. the listing currently does not display a photo of the serial number/hologram sticker

Hi, yes the seller guaranteed the authenticity. Just that since i spent a fortune on this bag i really want to be 100% sure that its original.. My only doubt in on the stitch count, that mine has 9 stitch count per diamond and not 10 but im unsure either if the 10 count apply for all flaps or just jumbo [emoji29].. And since this is my first flap im not sure if thats how the cc lock supposed to look like when opened..

Do u know if its possible to call the chanel store to confirm on if the bag with this serial no was actually bought at their store?

Please click on Roku's sig link and focus on the paragraph about newer series bags. I believe she may not be able to make a clear call on your bag. Are you aware this seller has no past sales; this person could very well be legit, but proceed carefully.

I don't know if Chanel will do that, but it would be interesting for you to try. It is very hard to buy newer classic style bags this way because the only sure way to authenticate is to send the bag in person. The boutique will not authenticate the bag, and will probably not answer your question about thread count; there are so many other factors to consider.

Chanel won't be able to help you.
They're doing everything in their power to stop secondhand sales.

I'd recommend getting it authenticated by a third party by mailing it in like to Etinceler
