Hi Gail....I thought Roku would authenticate as long as I had the bag in my possession. She did this previously when I purchased from Tradesy. I thought this was still the case but if not then I understand and thanks for your feedback.

You should always do a search for the authenticity number before making a request; if you search this number you'll see it's been associated with other counterfeit bags. For future requests you need to follow form and content, inc a live link and sufficient photo's. The TPF phone app is the easiest way to load them.
