Hi, this is my first designer bag:p I bought it from a reseller whom i later saw selling a fake looking Prada so i got worried about this PST i bought last week. Will really really appreciate it if someone could authenticate this PST for me. Thanks in advance!:smile1::smile1::smile1:

Who took the pictures: Me after i bought the bag

Good Afternoon!!

I have found this bag which is pretty much EXACTLY what I have been searching for, camera style with the large tassle and the gold link chain (so gorgeous) in a baby pink and cannot believe my luck.

I am hesitant however as I am not that experienced in Chanel,
I was wondering if I could please borrow from the wealth of wisdom here for help in authentication.

You may choose to contact one of the third party authenticators mentioned in this thread for a small fee, and maybe they have seen a vintage bags such as yours?

Hi There, I am new on this site and wanted to ask a question about this particular post. I too have purchased a very vintage looking Chanel bag, from no other places than Goodwill !!!! I bought it because it is extremely soft black lambskin, with heavy gold chain, the CC is quilted on front impeccably. There is also on the magnetic closure inside Silver Star ST 97010 and side attached tassel with a beautiful gold hardware piece with CC on both sides. Is there any history of Chanel making their bags with this magnetic closure and above details? I am usually a LV girl but all of a sudden I am thinking this will be my new designer :heart::heart::heart: Any information or if you need further details would be greatly appreciated.

Hi! The best thing to do with authenticity questions is to post it here w pics. You will need to read the first two posts in the thread re which pics and info to post. There are sometimes details which may not apply to each bag and the whole item needs to be viewed. We do now authenticate for private sales. :)

Hi Kluxe, Welcome to TPF. Can you please repost with everything in one post? We also have a format we need to use as mentioned in the first two posts in this thread for a searchable data base. Our authenticator uses her phone for quite alot of authenticating and searching back and forth between posts in time consuming and expensive.
