Dear Authenticators.

I'm looking to buy my first vintage Chanel bag for everyday use as I'm just too protective of the new one I bought. Please help me authenticate this bag and thank you very much in advance.
The bag does NOT have a serial sticker inside anymore and no authenticity card. So I really want to get it right.

Iam in very very bad situation!
I bought Chanel Ballerinas from Vestiaire Collective. I received them on Monday.
I was surprised with the quality, because inside I found cheap leather of the pig and very uneven stitches. I thought "ok, you already getting crazy and see the fakes everywhere... Slow down I told to myself, Vestiare checked it and it couldnt be a fake. Also my husband saw it and asked me " fo you really think they are authentic" ... They were unworn. And I worn them twice. And they have showed me "hi! We are fake"!!! They got holes, the inside leather go out from the upper leather, they got at least 3-4 holes and they look like they are 5 years old!!! The stamping Chanel inside went out(first 2 letter- CH)!!!!
Please tell me what should I do?! I went to Chanel today to see this model in store - they are totally different quality! I had Chanel flats before and I worn them 5 years and Stamping is still as a new!!! Pls help me!!! Will they return my money back???

When you say in house do you mean at the boutique? Chanel will not authenticate for both legal reasons and also because they discourage secondhand sales, but more importantly not all sales associates are knowledgable. Adding to gail13's note, you should have the bag authenticated by a reputable service like Etinceler or authenticate4u. From the limited photos you've provided it looks authentic. Did you check to make sure the bag is the same as the one in the pictures w same serial.
