Comments: there is something usual about the chain. I will try to post an extra photo here. This is my first chanel and I wasn't sure whether this chain strap is normal. I've never noticed it on any other handbag photos.

Meeting at the store will not help you as employees are not trained to authenticate bags. Boxes, booklets, receipts and cards can all be faked.
