I don't authenticate 17 million+ series classic boys, classic flaps and reissues unless it's from a reputable seller that I know and trust, due to the proliferation of superfakes. Unfortunately most paid services do not do these either unless you mail them the bag.
I wouldn't buy anything this new in a classic series without a holo. The bag is like new, do you wonder how the hologram could have "fallen" off? Not from being used, that's for sure...
You should check to see if the seller has this item in their possession. Looks like a listing from Japan to me. Photos may or may not be stolen; I would recommend verifying by asking the seller to write something specific on a post it and put it near the hologram sticker
