History of the bag:
This bag is in Good condition. The quilted lambskin is overall soft, but flattened and deflated due to normal usage. With some signs of surface scratches. and light distressed marks on the lambskin. Faint scuffing around the bottom corners and bottom . The gold hardware and chain have minor gold plating loss. The interior compartment is clean with light surface scratches.

Bag dimensions: 6 (h) x 3 (d) x 8.75 inches (l) (with 20" in shoulder drop)

Was hoping you could help me out to authenticate this Chanel bag. It's my first time considering buying and I don't want to get fooled. This particular bag is listed for $999, and says it will be shipped from Taiwan. I have asked the seller to confirm the bag dimensions as the picture of it on the mannequin looks much larger than dimensions provided. I have also asked the seller about why the serial number was not listed or why they did not provide a picture. Please see details below as per the outline.

Is chanel made in Spain consider fake or lower quality compared to Franceor Italy?

The item is made in Spain... and colourful_belle just stated the bag pictured is authentic... so, No, it would not be considered fake...

As for quality, please do a search on the other forums as to origins of Chanel bags and quality. This forum is for authenticity only.

EDIT: based on what just recently transpired (bait and switch by seller)... I think this particular post is moot, sorry I am not connecting the dots between two different posts.

just to let you know I had bought & paid this via pp n this seller send me a whole different purse! Don't bother being scam by her again! I'm waiting on my claim now,I sure did. Pay via pp. waited forever..she said she will ship day after another finally arrived today & it was a used Kate spade black purse so I had to dispute thru pp. : $1450 including shipping via pp. but got scam! 😔

OMG, I wish you had written sooner. I already paid her 1600 on pp. it has been a 2 days and she hasn't shipped. I emailed but she answers very vaguely. My stomach drops as I read this message. What do I do now? Is the pp account Erik Mercerdes Garcia? Where do I rea the PM comment? I know this deal was too good to be true. I ignore all the warning sign. Please help me. This is my first chanel purchase.

Please check out the Ebay Forum and create a post there and the members there may give you advice. This topic is out of scope for this thread - however be aware you do have options such as filing a SNAD claim, etc., but you have to wait for your bag first.
