Hi,

The authenticators on here are absolutely superb, but you do have to post your request in a specific format and include particular photographs in order for them to be able to authenticate an item for you. If you look right at the beginning of this thread - literally at the beginning of page 1, it tells you what photographs etc are needed and the format you are required to post the details in on here. Once you have done that, the next time the authenticators are online, they will look at it for you asap
