comments: my 71 y.o. mother is wanting to buy this bag for herself as an early x-mas present. My concerns are there isn't any edge stitching along the front flap, the front quilted panel piece doesn't extend all the way to the outside edges (left and right) and I couldn't find any classic flap bags in black caviar with this color hardware (ruthenium I think).

I know I only have one pic, but if anyone can at least tell me if this was even a real style I can ask my mom to take the bag to the chanel store for further review. Thanks so much for your help, I don't want my mom to get conned out of $3K.

The details are correct for an authentic GST but you should ask the seller for a clear and in focus picture of the CHANEL MADE IN stamp.
