Confused why they have numbers blocked out on the tag and card. That is weird.

What about other signs? Does it look authentic? I checked pictures of this seller's sold Chanel bags (from feedback page) and they all have numbers on the tag and card blocked, it may be his way of protecting it from using the numbers for purpose of putting on fake bags.

I think it is weird that some of the photos the quilting looks puffy and some don't. I would ask what the covered number is. I personally stay away from anything with a red flag. I have never seen anyone else cover the numbers up. I look at a lot of vintage Chanel.

For future reference, please limit one request per post so its easier to keep track of individual items.

For the first bag (the grey flap) please ask the seller for a clear, up close picture of the serial sticker and heat stamp. You should also have them include a piece of paper with their ebay ID in the pics as they have very low feedback for questionable items (Hermes and Cartier bracelets for under $200). When you receive the addl pictures, please repost your request in the original format and attach the new pics.

The second bag (red jumbo) is fake. :tdown:

Hi Innochka -
You are correct - the seller is blocking out part of the serial sticker for security purposes (noted in the third paragraph of the description). While not a very common practice I have seen this one or twice before with other sellers and Grantatrade has consistently done this with their Chanel listings. If you ask them to provide you with a picture of the full serial sticker, they should do it (they've provided it to me in the past when I've requested it). When you receive the clean pic, please repost your request with the addl picture. I didn't see any other red flags with this bag.
