No, not necessarily on some vintage bags. Sometimes you will encounter that detail backwards. Or encounter vintage bags where the right C totally overlaps the left C.

There have been many changes and inconsistencies on Chanel bags through the years, especially on the early vintage bags. That's why it's so important to always check out all of the details and not automatically deem a bag fake when something might seem off.

Thanks Nat, here is the best close up I can crop from original. I have asked for another close up but I may not get it in time. I was dubious about the logo. swell. Good to hear there are sometimes discrepancies. Thanks very much for all your help.

Hi again. I forget to add that I meant the engraving on the interior zipper pull, not the exterior one. Sorry for the confusion :smile1:
