Sophia, hello again - I received the Trio and took my own pictures. The bag does have quite a bit of wear, yes. I'll try some creams to bring some life back in it. If it's authentic, that is.

Bag is authentic!

Would be very grateful for an opinion on this auction listing!

Item: Bi-Leather Frame Bag
Listing Number: Lot369
Seller: Lawsons Auctioneers

Comments: I requested photos of the date code and was sent a photo of the code stamped directly onto the leather interior of the bag (worth noting that the stamping appears to be on an angle). Date code is F-CU-2139. My understanding is that this means the bag should be from 2019, but the images in the listing show that the accent is present over the E in CELINE, which I had understood was phased out in 2018. As a result, I’m curious about more experienced views on authenticity!

ETA: I can provide additional photos (eg the “made in Italy” stamping) that the auction house has sent through if this would be helpful.

I cannot authenticate without clear frontal images of the logo and the made in Italy stamp.

The Frame was an old Céline creation. They produced more even after 2018 for revenue - the Frame was extremely popular then and they were to be phased out into outlet sales.

Thanks for your reply - here are the additional photos I have (date stamp, made in Italy stamp, logo on the clasp). Have requested a higher res shot of the front logo and will provide when I receive it.

And in addition to my last post, here are photos of the brand stamp. Thanks for any input you can provide!
