I think I got sorted, I found a reference to a similar code form 2016. I would usually read this date code U-LA-0616 as 1966 as second and last number are the year but they altered the codes on this style. Thanks so much though!

Hello, I am the Phoebe Philo era Celine authenticator on here. Do you have a picture of the date code. Also - where on the bag are you concerned in regards to retouching?
Hi, I couldn't get a clear shot of the date code because it's inside the pocket. The Yoogis website has the date code listed, but I'll try to take a better photo when I can.
As for the retouching issue, I'm referring to the bottom corner of the bag. I’ll retake photos too. Thank you. ☺️

However, once the bag arrived, it was clear that something was wrong. The overall quality is unusually low. The strap doesn’t feel like genuine leather but more like coated cardboard, and the edges of the bag show similar issues. I also noticed a stitching flaw (double stitching), and the logo appears blurry, which doesn’t seem right for an authentic Céline.
I’ve already reached my own conclusion, but Catawiki insists that the bag is genuine and refuses to issue a refund.
Could you assist me with building my case?
