Hello All!


Hi Sophia,


I would need your kind support to help me authenticating a Celine Trio bag that I bought from Vestiaire Collective (with authentication included).

The bag arrived yesterday and I am having strong concerns about its authenticity, mostly as the bag has a very strong smell like burnt plastic. Also, the leather is somehow "rigid and plastic feeling", not as smooth and soft as in the sams aac I have in black.


VC propose me to send back the back for a second authentication, I have a week to do so.

Just, before doing it and as I don't trust them much now, I'd like to get your opinion on this bag.

The bag in question is authentic - but this is one of the earlier versions of the Drummed Calfskin Luggage - this means the interior lining is microfiber and really prone to losing it's shape. The Drummed Calfskin Luggages now feature Suede lining. I do believe they started this change in 2014.

Also, Monoshare is great, but still be careful. I've seen counterfeit Celine bags they have listed before.
