The only time I have ever seen labels in pockets like that is on items that are reversible. I have never seen a white tag like that one, or in that position. I've never seen non-quilted pockets on the quilted coats. It looks like it has been washed, perhaps. I'm keeping my eyes open for that pattern too.

Otherwise, I'm stumped. T

Yes, it's reversible jacket. It does have button on the other floral side. Please let me know if you need more pictures of the inside button.
