Please post a better pic of the front of the interior tag, also larger pics of the hardware engraving, pics of back of interior tag and any zipper pulls

Can you please help me? I just recently bought this Manor handbag off ebay and while the seller guarantees its authenticity, I have my doubts. Below is the link to the pictures that were posted on ebay, there are 21 total.

The "Made in Italy"/serial number tag is located on the one inside pouch pocket. I have seen authentic Manor bags where the the tag is located inside the zippered pocket, not on the pouch pocket. Also the leather has a sort of plastic-y feel and smell, is this normal? The seller said they will refund my money if I can get a written note from an authorized dealer but I have heard that most dealers won't even do this? Sorry for all the questions! :s
