That is not correct. Burberrys' is the pre 2000 version of Burberry, before Christopher Bailey took over. The S was dropped in the later years of the nineties as part of a plan to modernize the company. See for example these links:

And if you still don't believe me I challenge you to find a Burberry item more than ten years old without the S at the end, or a credible source that the company has only been around for a decade.

Incidentally, the coat I posted pictures of was made in the early eighties.

Is this watch real?








I have my reservations since the "date window" covers up both lines whereas on others I've seen in Department Stores it only covers up one line. Also, the line of the "7" and the "5" slightly covers a bit of the bottom stripe whereas in the ones in the department stores it appears to clearly not touch it.

I've messaged the seller about this and he states:

"This model is 2 years old and is made in several warehouses around the world, so slight detail with vary with year produced and warehouse it has been produced in."

I am a bit skeptical about this. Can anyone shed a bit more light?
