I think the wallet is similar to this one
http://ca.burberry.com/store/womens-accessories/wallets/prod-34635791-nova-check-id-wallet/
where there ARE two corner stitches, that you refer to (I think).
Problem is every season the line changes slightly - the nova wallets are different each season! I'm ok with the stamp saying the name and year - I would expect it to. The stamps and serial number look good. The lining looks genuine, though it is horizontal.
Looks good to me.
I appreciate your input S and please chime in more often. What did you think of those polos?
T
Hey T (:
I agree, it could be an older style but for the past few years it's been somewhat the same with their wallets. I found it odd to have the "Established 1859" stamp. I examined dozens of other wallets (all part of the Nova check collection) and the established part is not included.
Stitching looked well done. I'm still just wary, that's all.

As per your request, I will take a look at the polos.

Did the seller say that this was either a modern or classic fit polo? There is a big difference between the two for fitting. Classic is a lot bigger.
I need to see underneath the "BURBERRY BRIT" sew-on tag. But from what I'm seeing, it seems like the "M" tag is just connected by a thread to the "BURBERRY BRIT" label.
There should be an area underneath the tag where it's either empty or it says "CLASSIC".
The websites look a bit shady... but inner care tag and equestrian knight embroidery looks good. Just need to verify the buttons and top tag (please provide photos) - will chime in tomorrow about it.
