No, I can't say it is fake - the scarf and the sewn on Burberry tag look ok. The content tag looks unusual to me. You could send another photo of the content tag showing where it attaches to the scarf, and a photo of the inside back of the Burberry tag.

Addy is the expert on these bags - you will have to wait for her opinion.

I can tell you that they have attached an INCORRECT tag to the inside of the bag (the blue tag). And they have a beige tag lying in front of the bag in another photo.
I never like tricks like that - that is a red flag for me.
