The Kijiiji listing shows clear photos - of a fake scarf.
Your photos were blurry and had the labels switched around, mixed up, like a deliberate con. And labels for the wrong item, and etc.

Yes, this is a genuine bag.

When this bag was produced, they did not have serial numbers. They DID come with a blue cotton carrier bag. Made in Italy, Nova Check tote.
