The inner zip is simple plastic zip.
There is an inscription on the exterior zip (without the Burberry): YKK
I think the sides are leather, rather worn.

Can you guys help me out, I've bough this Burberrry tote from Ebay ( I know I shouldn't have bought it!) I'm not quite sure that this is authentic but I'm 70-80% sure it's a fake!
Can you guys give me some opinion please, I really need help as I've just opened the case on Ebay to get my money back but seller wouldn't let me have it easily!

It is several years old.
I cannot comment on the receipt, because I can't read it (photo taken too far away).

thank you for the reply, I was a bit concerned when I saw the receipt that the seller send me, it looks way too tacky to be for Burberry, she said she has bought it from 2002 from flannels in Leeds, I know you are in Canada but I wanted to tell you anyway lol
so you think the bag is real? just because it's old that's why I cant find any details of it anywhere on the internet... mmm maybe.. I know burberry has got a new style of Nova check bags out... I think it's like a gambling getting stuff off Ebay when there are a lot of fake ones out there

You are welcome. The receipt is from 2002 - that sounds right, and she bought it on sale I bet.
The bag is very well known to me - and if you search Nova Check Burberry - you will find many bags that are similar to or the same as yours. Your bag has the larger "bottom" and that was a popular style then.

Ive seen a new nova check came out they do look nice but I kinda prefer the old style like the one I got, now I can relax and stop beating myself up from buying it! although I cant see myself buying anymore designer stuff of ebay! Lesson learned!
