Hi everyone! Could someone please help me authenticate this burgundy shoulder pouch? I believed it to be authentic but I saw on a website that the bottom of 8 on the serial number should be flat and it doesn’t appear to be flat on mine.

Also, does the leather look like it’s supposed to? Not sure about that either.

Please let me know if you need different or better pictures, it’s a bit tough to get good pictures because of how “hidden” the tag and Bottega print are.

Comments: As above, I am a little bit skeptical due to the embossing on the label and the zipper. The details provided to me is that this is from the Tomas Maier era (no distinct year). Advertised as gunmetal hardware, suede lining.

I’d love to get your thoughts on my preloved Mini Jodie. It came with an Entrupy certificate, but as always, I did my own research and had it checked by LegitGrails and Dr. Runway. Both confirmed it’s authentic. However, I'm puzzled by the zipper pull. After searching online, I haven’t seen any Mini Jodies with this specific zipper pull.

I brought this up with Dr. Runway, and they assured me the bag is authentic, suggesting the zipper pull was likely replaced. On the other hand, LegitGrails mentioned that different zipper pulls are used for this model, and this one is among them.

I’m a bit confused and would really appreciate your insight!

You’ll have to get this piece to Bottega and see if they’ll confirm/deny, which is probably unlikely. In my opinion this piece is not authentic.
