Need to see clear close up photos of interior plaque and both ends of the knot closure (the Bottega Veneta engraving)I found this silver knot clutch on TRR. Pictures are attached.
I believe it is authentic and a limited edition from 2004, because I found an old Sothebys listing for a very similar bag, as well as a photo of it in BV’s 2004 collection in Vogue - screen shots from Sothebys and Vogue. I do not know how old that expired listing is, but I presume it is from a few years ago.

Hello! Could someone let me know your thoughts on this knot clutch listed on eBay. Link is attached. I’ve also included photos on the clasp and logo the seller provided to me.
The interior logo is quite faint in the photos. Also the clasp appears to have a white chip on the top, and I see some bumps and rough spots on it. This gives me pause.

I don’t know if I can get the seller to provide another photo of the interior logo to more clearly see the lettering. But if the photos listed are enough to make you think there is a good probability that it is a fake, that is enough for me to walk away.
