Without the authenticity tag, it‘s impossible to say if it’s authentic or not. I suspect there is a chip embedded in the Bottega heatstamp at the bottom, and if so, I can only be read by an SA at Bottega Veneta.

The seller’s provided me with this repair receipt as proof of authenticity. Can anyone confirm the model and color code? Just to make sure it corresponds to the bag I’d like to purchase. Thanks!

Hi! I wanted bigger but the same (or very similar) nuance of the bag that I bought in a BV store. That shade now I could only buy an older bag which I found on VC. The seller didn't have a receipt (as many do not have it). Now that I got it I am not sure of authenticity. I posted parallel photos of my bag that I am sure it is an original (signed with a red tick) and the bag I bought on VC (yellow ?). Can you please help me authenticate? My doubts came cause "O" in embossed leather seemed narrower than in my bag, the numbers on the "originality" label were totally different, meaning softer and different ink, and my dust bag is made from a little fluffier cotton, the brand name on original dust bag is much lighter brown. On the other hand, the zipper has all the same butterfly sign (riri zipper), the leather is beautifull and well sawn. The bag I bought on VC is small Olympia. Thank you!

We need to see the bag, the heatstamp authenticity tag, underside of zippers to name a few. All of the required photos and information needed to authenticate and/or identify are listed in the very first post of this thread.

Hi I’m new to this forum. I don’t know where to post so I’m posting on post reply. I bought a bag from Poshmark and I’m afraid is not authentic. It doesn’t have a butterfly underneath the zipper and there is no heat mark the interior is suede and was stained and is flaking off. Can you please take a look. Thanks
