The item looks older, from the early 2000's. The dust bag is more recent (but authentic)and not original to this bag, in my opinion. My color code list doesn't include 6160, so I can't help you there. I believe it's authentic.

I have no idea--have never seen these, but it sounds as if they are rare. Hopefully someone else will know something and help.
