Hi, more pics are needed to give an opinion on authenticity, but this looks like a "made for outlet" veneta imo. Age is reasonable based on markers, plus or minus a few years. Sorry, I don't know exact color name. :smile1:

There should be a stamped imprint (font) of the brand name inside the bag on the side somewhere. We always want to see a clear photo of that. I agree with Miss_FancyBags that there are no warning signs but we want to be careful with our opinions.

(I can't believe that 5 days of posts are gone:tdown:)

I did had a nice conversation with the seller about BV mirrors.

Are you able to tell me which BV bags include mirrors and which not.

According to the seller, BV does not include any mirrors with their bags and certainly not for this one, even when I pointed to several BV bags on Ebay selling with leather cased mirrors.

Hi, this is an a authentic mini veneta, imo. :smile1: Adorable size - I love the mini - but seller is correct that this size wouldn't come with a leather backed mirror (most sensibly because the leather backed mirror would barely fit in a mini veneta if you wanted to carry keys, phone, etc. :graucho:).

I can tell you that in the past, my larger sized venetas, totes, and my zip top messengers have all come with mirrors, as well as some of my vintage bags (they came with the vintage mirrors). My non vintage smaller bags have not come with mirrors.

Other members will know more details about what styles/sizes come with mirrors...

It is not that important to me. Up next a large Veneta and a small Lady Dior and my collection is complete:graucho:

As an aside, you also may want to ask for closeup pics of the leather because this may not be the soft, luscious nappa leather that many BV wallets are made of...just so you know what you're bidding on.

Here are additional pics of the tags. I will send you a closer pic of the leather once I get it. But I'm hoping the tags would help in identifying the authenticity of the BV wallet.

The tag looks ok. The link doesn't show anything, so I don't know if the font was shown. I hope it isn't one of the *lost* messages from the past week. sounds like we still need to see the font, though.
