Never had one before and the fact that there is plastic in the leather on top of the bag (i guess to give it its shape) and that the lining is stitched to the bottom is throwing me off bc all my other bags arent like this.

In this section of the bag, feels like there is plastic in between the leather and the lining, so inside the bag. I can hear it bend when I move it back and forth.

I'm scratching my head on that, too, and I've got 3 Works...
Maybe the leather is dry and it's making a noise for that reason?

I recently purchased two Balenciaga bags on Vinted and would truly appreciate your help with authentication.


Bag 1:

• Style: Balenciaga City Bag, Giant 12
• Year: 2015 (as far as I know)
• Details: Zippers have a “B” on the back (no “Lampo”), which I’ve read was common after 2014
• Serial Number: 281770 6216 E 002123
• Vinted listing: Link

Bag 2:

• Style: Balenciaga Work Bag
• Color: Black
• Year: Supposedly 2006 based on the tag
• Details: The back of the tag only says “1669” and “Made in Italy” — I found that a bit confusing
• Serial Number: 0713 Y 132110
• Vinted listing: Link

I’ve also attached a few self-taken detail photos to make it easier to assess both bags.
