I'm sorry but we don't discuss particulars as we don't want to aid any counterfeiters watching the threads. If you study an authentic tag from the same season you should be able to spot some differences.

The "J" on the tag of your bag denotes spring/summer 2013, yet you'll see Balenciaga did not make a color in any way similar for that season.
Hope you'll be able to get your money back.

We should see clear photos of front main tag, serial number, back of zipper head and both little heart and coin purse back as well please.
