Looks OK from what I see. Style is a City with Giant 21 hardware. Judging by the pics my best guess for color is Sky Blue from S/S 2008.

Very faded 2009 S/S City in Maldives. Looks OK, though I'm scratching my head at how smushed the corner of the mirror is; must have been improperly stored for quite a while.

The rivet is still missing (it's the back of the stud, not the front) but I'd say you're fine.
