See the link below for examples of the photos needed and the format they should be in (clear, close up, forward-facing, no angles, right way up, no bends in tags).

It is an authenticator’s right to ignore a request that is not in the proper format. If the listing you are interested in is missing photos it is your responsibility to request them from the seller prior to posting in this thread.

Having it in hand is different than looking at pics obviously.
You’ve had two of us here and two authenticating services say authentic, one service saying not. Erring on the side of caution may help you sleep better!
There are excellent fakes out there. I’m contemplating not authenticating bags after a certain date.
Just a general note, everyone please remember we’re looking at photos only, and sometimes inadequate photos at that. All we can do is give our opinions based on the info we’re given. With the sophistication of counterfeiters currently it can be difficult.

I 100% agree with you on erring on the side of caution. I have learned my lesson. I can understand why you may discontinue doing this. Authenticating over photos can’t be easy. Thank you for helping loads of people through their handbag queries and being so kind to us!

I'm with @atlantis1982. red flags, though I'm by no means an authenticator or have any experience with the hourglass style. Just note that all croc embossed hourglass bags *I've seen* online have the "Balenciaga" label on the inside imprinted on regular leather, not embossed glossy croc leather. And I don't know what's up with that QR code.

Experts, please set me straight if I've overly generalized this detail.
