Some people (including Bal website) called Turquoise as "Electric Turquoise". I have both (Turquoise and EB). I am pretty sure this is Turquoise. Good luck for your searching.

looks authentic to me
it might look weird to you because of the sizing, having giant hardware on a small bag but it's the real thing.
