I'd wait for those photos. I can't see anything on those really bad pictures on the auction that would really help - except for the general look of it.

Hope you can get your money back. Not only is it fake, but the condition of the bag is awful. [Or is that an oxymoron - awful fake?] Anyway, good luck. If the seller won't comply with refund, get back to us here in authenticate and maybe others can help facilitate. Also check the ebay thread?
