Authenticate This Balenciaga

I was looking at this auction and was wondering: since the silver tag tells me this is a choco work 05..why on the paper tag there's written 2006?

Does this tag and rivet looks good?

i think the numbers and the made in italy is crudely stamped looks fake to me too

You took really good photos! All are looking good. The first photo shows the leather was trimmed unevenly. Probably that was due to quality control. Congratulation to your wife. She has a very considerate husband and a gorgeous Bal Part Time!

thank you madame i really made sure that i get good pictures i hate it when i have to repost i cant believe balenciaga would let anything like this slip. Thousand dollar bags should have good quality control in my opinion. It's still a great bag though and my wife loves it!

It's authentic from 2004 I think. I have a burgundy one exactly like this. Same tag. with pewter hardware.

dyed meaning the bag has been completely altered. this does effect the texture/look/smell of a bag

Sorry but I'm confused because the zipper color on this bag is grey too. Did they dye the zipper as well?

I think it might be "2005" on the paper tag too... sometimes the print of 5 and 6 look similar. It is a 05 S/S bag though.

^ the paper tag does not belong to that bag...it's 2006 on the paper tag, plus 145704 is not a WORK bag

the regular hw city has metal tag, but the GH city has leather tag. this bag looks authentic, need clear pic of the bale to be sure

For GH, the leather tag is right. See if the bale is square or not and get a picture of the rivets.

That is a very minor flaw IMO. Enjoy the Pink PT GH bag. Get a pair of nail scissors and trim the ragged edge off if it is really bothering you. I know, surgery on B Bags - YIKES! But it can and has been done
