Hi all. I purchased this item off ebay

When I received the purse it's a total fake with the a total different silver plate with a dash between balenciaga and paris and not a period.
I turned it into ebay and paid paypal with my credit card. Can you please share any insight to what I need to do next? I had the bag in the picture authenticated here which it is, but the one I got today is FAKE!!!!

I'm so sorry this happened to you. It might be helpful for you to post photos of the bag you received. You will certainly want to take some pictures of it before you send it back anyway.

Before doing that though, it would be good to post this again in the ebay section here on the Purse Forum. I believe you need to contact the seller and tell them you are sending the item back and expect to be refunded, and also file a claim as "Significantly not as described," with ebay. I don't know the order, but the girls on the ebay forum are very good at helping with this kind of thing. Unfortunately, this happens. It's sad and disappointing.

Edit: Do not send the bag back without tracking. I'm not sure if you need signature confirmation, but someone on the ebay forum will know what to do.
