just got another email from the real seller, she said she just reported her again. The first buyer is from the us, so she should get her money back. The second is not. And i'm sure the seller knew what she was doing.

I don't see the metal tag that I was saying looked fake. The one I was referring to (I am pretty sure) would have had a letter "C" and the the engraving on the font of the metal tag looked wrong. Yours has a leather tag right? From the pix you provided recently, it looks like it is real. Your bag was never reported to ebay by me as fake in the first place. Sorry for the confusion.

The pictures look good IMO but ask the seller for a close up of the bale, back of a rivet and back of leather tag to be sure, and wait for the experts to chime in,

I think you will have better luck getting this authenticated, if you can provide closer and or clearer photos of the leather tag, front and back. Also, it would be best to provide a photo of a rivet (the back of the hardware at the base of one of the handles).I agree with Kat, this looks good. Everything looks fine, but to be perfectly safe, I'd like to see a straight on shot of a bale.
Wait for someone who has seen one of these in real life. It doesn't look anything like the few I've seen photographed. Also I've never seen an authentic Balenciaga with a tag that looks like this one.
This is from the Balenciaga.com site. Not even close, I'd say, but maybe your seller has managed to take a terrible photo??
