I have a question I won a Balenciaga bag I have posted for sale on the E-bay. I had a woman swear up and down it was a step bag. On the congratulations letter it states that its a Work bag. I want someone to help me with this so I have the right information.

Authentic. Paper tags don't say anything about the bag's authenticity so I wouldn't worry about it.
