hi nicole thanks so much for replying re the metallics and pewter hardware! 
i realised that there's a diff between the 04 and 05 metallics and it seems the tag for the 04 also - confusingly - says 05 01 (as opposed to the actual 05 holiday collection which is labelled 05 03)

i hope someone here wasn't the winner - IMO it looks fake, the hardware and the leather piece it's attached too look wrong. unfortunately, i don't know the style number of the envelope clutch (it's not listed in the reference section either) but the font looks wrong to me as well...

this is FAKE - there is no lilac with a U tag, which would be for 07 - lilac came out in 06...
