Gina knows a lot better than I do, but I think they need people from AU to report. I have reported overseas fakes and they don't usually get taken down. Here in the US, they do if they get reported. I don't think it hurts to report but let's let Gina weigh in?
PS Welcome to the Balenciaga forum!!!!

thanks mmmsc! I'm really obsessed...ahem...I mean I really like this forum!

Okay, thanks ladies. I hope I didn't come off as pushy...it's just the time constraint that has me anxious. I'll email for those pics, thanks again!!

Kathleen1 - I took a look at the listing you're interested in to see if I could see a style name or SOMETHING, because I was going to try to research it a little (I love a mystery).

I'm new too, so you'll have to take my opinion with a grain of salt. What struck me as odd was that the current bid is $350 and the reserve has already been met.

Another thing was that nowhere in the listing does it claim to be authentic, which doesn't always mean anything either. But if I was going to sell a pricey bag, I would darn well make sure I mentioned that it's authentic and at least offer some type of reassurance to the buyer.

Personally, I would pass just out of pure skepticism based on these two observations.

:okay: Thanks for the advice. I chatted with my hubby about it and he told me to just be patient and the right one will come. I never noticed that the claim to authenticity wasn't present---good eye! It's up in a bit, but I'm going to pass it by. I will be interested in seeing how much it goes for, however. I love a deal! Probably check back tomorrow. Have a good night everyone.

Sorry, I tried, but honestly, I can't see a thing with the glare on the leather tag. The rivets which are clearer than the tag shots, are still difficult to discern. I think they are unnotched, not certain.

I can see that it is in great shape. Just can't authenticate.
