I received the bag today and received all the tags/cards with the exception of the paper tag that indicates the year, season, type of leather, etc. So I am a little worried since this is my first Balenciaga.

Hi ladies, could u please help me authenticate this? I found this from local reseller.
It's balenciaga part time purple (not sure about the name) and she said it's from 2010, but she lost th eyear card.

Your bag looks fine to me - hgbagsonline has sold many bags to people (including me) on the forum. It is from F/W 2012, however, not 2013, as noted by the K on the metal plate. Cards do get misplaced, but you may want to email and ask if they still have it if it is important to you. It is the bag (not the card) that we look at for authenticity. The leather is agneau (lambskin).

This looks good to me, but the bale is at an odd angle making it look wrong. Can you post a picture of the bale (hardware at the end of the shoulder strap) laying flat? A close-up of a front buckle would help to confirm, too. Everything else looks fine, however.
