Hello,
I was reading through this forum and I would really appreciate if someone tell me what are the signs of a fake and what should a really scarf have? I have seen a lot of post where someone would say fake but not always why. I was looking at buying this one as the seller's feedbacks are great and the tag appear to be the right one but I am no expert! http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/100-Authe...en_s_Accessories_UK&hash=item231c23001fThanks in advance

Fake, first indicator is the price. You're NOT going to get a brand new £165 scarf for £30!! Second indicator is the number they have available.

Not posting the other fake tells as frankly we don't know who reads these forums and I'm not going to teach them how to make better fakes.

Very fair point! Thank you very much for your help. I wish I was as knowledgeable as you so I would not have to come and annoy people asking them what they think. My hunt for this scarf will continue. I find this model so difficult to buy because there no shops where I live which sells it so no luck to try and get it on sale and I saw it once in Harrods but it is sold loose with no dust bags or anything so again a bit hard to identity! Thanks again and have a nice day!

Sorry not to be of more help, but I have no problem giving my opinion on any you want to post up here. I would however say that after a quick trawl of eBay 99% of the skull scarves on there are fake.
