the issue I have is the one from NAP is woven in, part of the scarf, but the diabro one looks stamped on, although it doesn't feel raised just the same as the rest of it. Have they done it both ways?
Also the hang tags were the same.

I recently bought a McQueen scarf on EB, and I'm wondering if you can help me. Your situation of 2 scarves- one being the logo PRINTED on and the other being SEWN on is the situation I am in right now. The seller had a perfect 100% positive response with a good return policy, so I bought it. She said that she got it from Neiman Marcus Last Call, and I checked a few skulls, and it looks good until that point. The logo looks fine too- but it's sewn in unlike the ones that are PRINTED nowdays.

Since you had this situation (& you are literally the only person who brought this up!), can you help me? Is it authentic? Why is one sewn in and the other printed?

Hey Jenny!

I took a look at all your photos and found it pretty funny when I noticed the pictures you posted! I was actually going to buy that exact scarf from eBay!
Judging from your photos, I would say that the scarf you bought is 110% authentic. It looks exactly like both of the McQueen scarves that I own and bought from eBay and NM! I'm positive that when McQueen scarves were originally produced the logo was sewn in with the skulls (as one). Nowadays the logo is stamped/printed on the scarf with a tad lighter color then the actual color of the skulls on the scarf.

Ochie, none of these look good and you will never find a genuine at those price points, no matter what anyone tells you. Aim higher, avoid Canada and Australia and try to educate yourself as much as possible IRL so you will develop an "eye" for the real thing. Good luck, it is worth the effort!
