CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN AUTHENTICITY QUESTIONS GO HERE.

****

FIRST, PLEASE DO A SEARCH BY SELLER NAME OR ITEM NUMBER TO SEE IF YOUR QUESTION HAS ALREADY BEEN ANSWERED.
This is not a thread to ask general questions about CL, please refer to our main CL forum for information about sizing, seasons, etc.

IF THE AUCTION/SHOES HAVE NOT YET BEEN AUTHENTICATED, POST HERE.

This is a free service, so it is imperative that you help our authenticators by using the following format. PLEASE LEAVE A SPACE AFTER THE COLONS.

PLEASE LIMIT YOUR REQUESTS TO THREE (3) PER POST.

FOR AUCTION SITES:

Item: xxxx
Listing number: xxxx
Seller: xxxx
Link: xxxx
Comments: xxxx

If the shoes in question are
NOT ON AN AUCTION SITE, please use the following:

Item Name (if you know it):
Link (if available):
Seller:
Comments:
Please give us as much information as you can and then attach any photos (all authentication must include photos).

This format to prevent duplication requests and to make it simpler for people to 'search' for items which may have been posted previously. If you feel that your post has been skipped, you may repost but please copy and paste the ORIGINAL LINK, do not just copy and paste the link from your post.

Please post ALL of the following photos to insure ACCURATE authentication:

ON A HARD SURFACE, NOT A BED OR CARPETING ;*We need to see the ENTIRE shoe, not a cropped portion.

PROFILE: this is a shot of the entire side of the shoe, and should be taken straight on, NOT from above or below
BACK
FRONT
LABEL/LOGO inside the shoe
SOLE 1: a clear close-up shot of the logo/size stamp, preferably no flash
(a macro lens is best for this shot &; it's the flower icon on your camera)
SOLE 2: a shot of the entire sole
BOOTS: Please do your best to get a clear shot of the label inside the boot. This can be tricky, but it can be done.

SNEAKERS: For sneakers good quality close-ups of the following details are required:

SIZE STAMP
CL LOGO ON THE INSOLE
& MADE IN& STAMP ON THE OUTSOLE
CL STAMP ON THE OUTSOLE

AUTHENTICATORS: Please utilize the "QUOTE" feature when responding directly to another post. Please do not publicly post details about why you think an item is or is not authentic, sellers of fakes have been known to lurk here and we would not want to help them.

Should one of YOUR items be questioned in this thread, you are welcome to provide additional pictures or materials supporting its authenticity. DO NOT handle disputes with other members in this thread &; take your differences to Private Messages.
****Failure to do so can result in BANNING.****

Hi everyone, hope you’re all well!

I don’t want to write a commentary, so I’ll be concise. My main concerns are the box which I have provided photos of, and the line that goes from the ‘L’ to the second ‘U’ in Louboutin in the bottom sole has a bit of a point. The inner sole was also really easy to pull up and revealed a yellow/ red bit, a friend did mention that it could just have been the warmth that made it a little easier to pull up. My same friend also pointed out the ‘T’ on the bottom sole in ‘Louboutin’ is a little straight as opposed to hers going downwards.

The shoes are preloved so the inner bed/ sole looks a bit squishy and the ‘P’ in ‘Paris’ has removed a bit from wear from one shoe. I assumed it is wear as I have had the same happen to my other items.

Item: So Kate Patent Black 120MM Size 35
Seller: C. Yip
Link: link not available as purchased in a group.

Edit: I also noticed a blue ‘Microgarde’ sticker on the inside of the box lid. I can’t upload another photo to this reply as I have already added 10 photos. Sorry!

You need to include pictures as requested on the first page of this thread. I am less concerned about the box then I am of the proper views of the shoes themselves. Thanks.

So sorry, I got too excited and didn’t post the needed pictures. I have attached a few here!

Item: Pigalle Plato 100 Sz. 39
Listing number: 312660970702
Seller: samaston0
Link: https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https://www.ebay.com.hk/ulk/itm/312660970702
Comments: The shoes came in perfect condition, no flaws detected no wrinkles or whatever, and they were resoled by MM7, which I believe would not do fakes and I think the previous owner wouldn’t pay that much on a pair of fakes. The only thing that got me in question is that the gold stamp looks a bit more of a warmer gold in person than the cooler gold I usually see on pictures online. And I only paid around USD270 for this very lightly worn pair, which is almost too good to be true. Thanks in advance for any help!

Can someone authenticate these? I purchased them from Goodwill. They originally had a plastic sheet over the red sole to protect the sole while walking. Our goodwill is known for putting treasures like these up for sale - their curator isn't in the know. They look real to me. If they are not real would you be able to tell me why? Thanks for your help!

Sincerely,

Katie
