CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN AUTHENTICITY QUESTIONS GO HERE.

****

FIRST, PLEASE DO A SEARCH BY SELLER NAME OR ITEM NUMBER TO SEE IF YOUR QUESTION HAS ALREADY BEEN ANSWERED.
This is not a thread to ask general questions about CL, please refer to our main CL forum for information about sizing, seasons, etc.

IF THE AUCTION/SHOES HAVE NOT YET BEEN AUTHENTICATED, POST HERE.

This is a free service, so it is imperative that you help our authenticators by using the following format. PLEASE LEAVE A SPACE AFTER THE COLONS.

PLEASE LIMIT YOUR REQUESTS TO THREE (3) PER POST.

FOR AUCTION SITES:

Item: xxxx
Listing number: xxxx
Seller: xxxx
Link: xxxx
Comments: xxxx

If the shoes in question are
NOT ON AN AUCTION SITE, please use the following:

Item Name (if you know it):
Link (if available):
Seller:
Comments:
Please give us as much information as you can and then attach any photos (all authentication must include photos).

This format to prevent duplication requests and to make it simpler for people to 'search' for items which may have been posted previously. If you feel that your post has been skipped, you may repost but please copy and paste the ORIGINAL LINK, do not just copy and paste the link from your post.

Please post ALL of the following photos to insure ACCURATE authentication:

ON A HARD SURFACE, NOT A BED OR CARPETING ;*We need to see the ENTIRE shoe, not a cropped portion.

PROFILE: this is a shot of the entire side of the shoe, and should be taken straight on, NOT from above or below
BACK
FRONT

(a macro lens is best for this shot &; it's the flower icon on your camera)

SNEAKERS: For sneakers good quality close-ups of the following details are required:

SIZE STAMP
CL LOGO ON THE INSOLE
& MADE IN& STAMP ON THE OUTSOLE
CL STAMP ON THE OUTSOLE

AUTHENTICATORS: Please utilize the "QUOTE" feature when responding directly to another post. Please do not publicly post details about why you think an item is or is not authentic, sellers of fakes have been known to lurk here and we would not want to help them.

Should one of YOUR items be questioned in this thread, you are welcome to provide additional pictures or materials supporting its authenticity. DO NOT handle disputes with other members in this thread &; take your differences to Private Messages.

I need clearer pictures of the first pair and need to see the bottom markings on them.

Second pair looks ok.

Hello just got these from Tradesy, my gut is telling me fake due to the uneven cutting of the insole and the rubber little tip on the bottom(never seen that on a pair of loubs before). I have looked at tons of different pairs of Ballalla Christian Louboutin flats online today and have only found one other pair with the bottom tip of the point being a different material almost like rubber. Plus the shoes don't smell like leather as weird as that sounds. Stitching at the back of heel also doesn't seem as clean as it should be. I am going to be sending them back to tradesy for their "authentication" process but wanted to post here as well.

Thank you for your help :)

I also don’t like that the listing uses stock photos only.

I agree, considering Tradesy uses AI to scan images for fakes. Plus she doesn’t list any Loubs on Poshmark which seems weird since they authenticate orders over $500. Just shipped them back this morning. The box and everything else seemed on point but the smell of the shoes and that rubber tip on the bottom just threw me off. Glad Tradesy has a decent return policy :)
