CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN AUTHENTICITY QUESTIONS GO HERE.

****

FIRST, PLEASE DO A SEARCH BY SELLER NAME OR ITEM NUMBER TO SEE IF YOUR QUESTION HAS ALREADY BEEN ANSWERED.
This is not a thread to ask general questions about CL, please refer to our main CL forum for information about sizing, seasons, etc.

IF THE AUCTION/SHOES HAVE NOT YET BEEN AUTHENTICATED, POST HERE.

This is a free service, so it is imperative that you help our authenticators by using the following format. PLEASE LEAVE A SPACE AFTER THE COLONS.

PLEASE LIMIT YOUR REQUESTS TO THREE (3) PER POST.

FOR AUCTION SITES:

Item: xxxx
Listing number: xxxx
Seller: xxxx
Link: xxxx
Comments: xxxx

If the shoes in question are
NOT ON AN AUCTION SITE, please use the following:

Item Name (if you know it):
Link (if available):
Seller:
Comments:
Please give us as much information as you can and then attach any photos (all authentication must include photos).

This format to prevent duplication requests and to make it simpler for people to 'search' for items which may have been posted previously. If you feel that your post has been skipped, you may repost but please copy and paste the ORIGINAL LINK, do not just copy and paste the link from your post.

Please post ALL of the following photos to insure ACCURATE authentication:

ON A HARD SURFACE, NOT A BED OR CARPETING ;*We need to see the ENTIRE shoe, not a cropped portion.

PROFILE: this is a shot of the entire side of the shoe, and should be taken straight on, NOT from above or below
BACK
FRONT
LABEL/LOGO inside the shoe
SOLE 1: a clear close-up shot of the logo/size stamp, preferably no flash
(a macro lens is best for this shot &; it's the flower icon on your camera)
SOLE 2: a shot of the entire sole
BOOTS: Please do your best to get a clear shot of the label inside the boot. This can be tricky, but it can be done.

SNEAKERS: For sneakers good quality close-ups of the following details are required:

SIZE STAMP
CL LOGO ON THE INSOLE
& MADE IN& STAMP ON THE OUTSOLE
CL STAMP ON THE OUTSOLE

AUTHENTICATORS: Please utilize the "QUOTE" feature when responding directly to another post. Please do not publicly post details about why you think an item is or is not authentic, sellers of fakes have been known to lurk here and we would not want to help them.

Should one of YOUR items be questioned in this thread, you are welcome to provide additional pictures or materials supporting its authenticity. DO NOT handle disputes with other members in this thread &; take your differences to Private Messages.
****Failure to do so can result in BANNING.****

No, I posted them on Ebay last weekend and a woman told me they were fake, so I pulled them. My sister gave these to me to sell. She said she paid around a $1000. They were her daughters. I don't know anything else. I would just like to get them authenticated so I can sell them for her. I took a red sharpie to one of the bottom of shoes. I can take more photos if you need more. Thank you for your assistance.

Thank you [emoji45]

Thanks, hopefully someone comes through soon, I'm running out of time before I can send them back:sad:
I'll stick my neck out on these although I usually don't post on Louboutin but I know you're waiting for an answer so the following is strictly my personal opinion. Espadrilles are so easy to knock off because they're basically an unstructured peasant slipper. To make it even tougher, you've got an Italian company who has to outsource these to Spain which is where the espadrille factories are located since Italy doesn't make this kind of footwear so by definition you've got a luxury Italian label kinda "downgrading" to be made in Spain over Italy since they can't be made in Italy. Nothing that shows the "Italian" hand is going to show in a "Spanish" shoe-it's apples and oranges but you want your espadrilles to come from Spain. Soooo, yes these look fine to me and I would consider them authentic.

As far as sizing, yes there is a big difference between men's and women's. There's about a 2 size difference and men's will always be wider but if they fit you it doesn't matter.

Meant to say "Italian production" vs "Italian company/label"

hello, I bought the flat from ebay, can you authenticate for me?
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Christian-L...uqA0kRYVEclEBQgqNd4dM%3D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc
item: Christian louboutin shoes 37 flat
list number: unknown
seller: wendwe-7
comments: I want to know what style it is. they are a little bit different from the pigalle flats, so I think they are follies. But at the back of the shoes, they only have 6 spikes(picture 3) each line, while the one I found from louboutin website have 7 spikes. (http://us.christianlouboutin.com/ca_en/shop/women/follies-spikes-000-calf.html). are they authentic? Thank you!
