CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN AUTHENTICITY QUESTIONS GO HERE.

****

FIRST, PLEASE DO A SEARCH BY SELLER NAME OR ITEM NUMBER TO SEE IF YOUR QUESTION HAS ALREADY BEEN ANSWERED.
This is not a thread to ask general questions about CL, please refer to our main CL forum for information about sizing, seasons, etc.

IF THE AUCTION/SHOES HAVE NOT YET BEEN AUTHENTICATED, POST HERE.

This is a free service, so it is imperative that you help our authenticators by using the following format. PLEASE LEAVE A SPACE AFTER THE COLONS.

PLEASE LIMIT YOUR REQUESTS TO THREE (3) PER POST.

FOR AUCTION SITES:

Item: xxxx
Listing number: xxxx
Seller: xxxx
Link: xxxx
Comments: xxxx

If the shoes in question are
NOT ON AN AUCTION SITE, please use the following:

Item Name (if you know it):
Link (if available):
Seller:
Comments:
Please give us as much information as you can and then attach any photos (all authentication must include photos).

This format to prevent duplication requests and to make it simpler for people to 'search' for items which may have been posted previously. If you feel that your post has been skipped, you may repost but please copy and paste the ORIGINAL LINK, do not just copy and paste the link from your post.

Please post ALL of the following photos to insure ACCURATE authentication:

ON A HARD SURFACE, NOT A BED OR CARPETING ;*We need to see the ENTIRE shoe, not a cropped portion.

PROFILE: this is a shot of the entire side of the shoe, and should be taken straight on, NOT from above or below
BACK
FRONT
LABEL/LOGO inside the shoe
SOLE 1: a clear close-up shot of the logo/size stamp, preferably no flash
(a macro lens is best for this shot &; it's the flower icon on your camera)
SOLE 2: a shot of the entire sole
BOOTS: Please do your best to get a clear shot of the label inside the boot. This can be tricky, but it can be done.

SNEAKERS: For sneakers good quality close-ups of the following details are required:

SIZE STAMP
CL LOGO ON THE INSOLE
& MADE IN& STAMP ON THE OUTSOLE
CL STAMP ON THE OUTSOLE

AUTHENTICATORS: Please utilize the "QUOTE" feature when responding directly to another post. Please do not publicly post details about why you think an item is or is not authentic, sellers of fakes have been known to lurk here and we would not want to help them.

Should one of YOUR items be questioned in this thread, you are welcome to provide additional pictures or materials supporting its authenticity. DO NOT handle disputes with other members in this thread &; take your differences to Private Messages.

Comments: Pretty sure this is one of the trusted sellers, so just making double sure. Also seller provided additional photo of the box label. thank you in advance for your time and expertise!

I would like to see the close-ups required for sneakers as specified in post #1 of this thread.

I hope I'm posting this in the right place. I have several pairs of shoes that my neighbors were just throwing away (!) and I intervened before the dirty deed could be done. I don't know the neighbors at all. They are Asian and probably students (I live in a college town) and they were moving, I would assume back to their home country. I would also assume they felt that it cost too much money to ship their stuff overseas. They were throwing away a TON OF STUFF. Why they were throwing the stuff away instead of donating it, I don't know, maybe they didn't want to go to the trouble.

Anyway, I don't have boxes or receipts or anything. Just the shoes. I'd like to sell them, but I don't know if they are real and I don't know how much to ask, assuming they are real. I just don't know much about designer shoes. I get mad if I have to pay more than thirty dollars for a pair of shoes. :D I could really use your help.

There are two pairs of Christian Louboutin. One pair is the one I'm posting in this message and probably the next. The other pair I'll post after this one (or two). This pair, the white pair, I'm almost certain are knockoffs. The word "Paris" isn't centered and it's sloppy looking. The shoes don't weigh much either; I mention this because someone on this site said the weight of a shoe can be an indicator of whether or not the shoe it authentic.

Here are some photos. I hope they're adequate. Let me know if you need more photos and I thank you with all my heart for the help!
