CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN AUTHENTICITY QUESTIONS GO HERE.

****

FIRST, PLEASE DO A SEARCH BY SELLER NAME OR ITEM NUMBER TO SEE IF YOUR QUESTION HAS ALREADY BEEN ANSWERED.
This is not a thread to ask general questions about CL, please refer to our main CL forum for information about sizing, seasons, etc.

IF THE AUCTION/SHOES HAVE NOT YET BEEN AUTHENTICATED, POST HERE.

This is a free service, so it is imperative that you help our authenticators by using the following format. PLEASE LEAVE A SPACE AFTER THE COLONS.

PLEASE LIMIT YOUR REQUESTS TO THREE (3) PER POST.

FOR AUCTION SITES:

Item: xxxx
Listing number: xxxx
Seller: xxxx
Link: xxxx
Comments: xxxx

If the shoes in question are
NOT ON AN AUCTION SITE, please use the following:

Item Name (if you know it):
Link (if available):
Seller:
Comments:
Please give us as much information as you can and then attach any photos (all authentication must include photos).

This format to prevent duplication requests and to make it simpler for people to 'search' for items which may have been posted previously. If you feel that your post has been skipped, you may repost but please copy and paste the ORIGINAL LINK, do not just copy and paste the link from your post.

Please post ALL of the following photos to insure ACCURATE authentication:

ON A HARD SURFACE, NOT A BED OR CARPETING ;*We need to see the ENTIRE shoe, not a cropped portion.

PROFILE: this is a shot of the entire side of the shoe, and should be taken straight on, NOT from above or below
BACK
FRONT
LABEL/LOGO inside the shoe
SOLE 1: a clear close-up shot of the logo/size stamp, preferably no flash
(a macro lens is best for this shot &; it's the flower icon on your camera)
SOLE 2: a shot of the entire sole
BOOTS: Please do your best to get a clear shot of the label inside the boot. This can be tricky, but it can be done.

SNEAKERS: For sneakers good quality close-ups of the following details are required:

SIZE STAMP
CL LOGO ON THE INSOLE
& MADE IN& STAMP ON THE OUTSOLE
CL STAMP ON THE OUTSOLE

AUTHENTICATORS: Please utilize the "QUOTE" feature when responding directly to another post. Please do not publicly post details about why you think an item is or is not authentic, sellers of fakes have been known to lurk here and we would not want to help them.

Should one of YOUR items be questioned in this thread, you are welcome to provide additional pictures or materials supporting its authenticity. DO NOT handle disputes with other members in this thread &; take your differences to Private Messages.

First look authentic but for 100%, I'd need to see a shot of the shoe's profile standing on a flat surface (not laying down and not taken at an angle).

The second does not have enough photos to authenticate. Again, need to see profile pic of the shoe on a flat surface, close up of the stamp on the sole and insole and any additional pics.

Ok let me try and post further pictures, these are of the Lapono:

http://postimg.org/image/v1kn1mv0h/
http://postimg.org/image/cuxqu5toh/
http://postimg.org/image/6v9zqi8w1/
http://postimg.org/image/lfr2lc3up/
http://postimg.org/image/sc2vkwg05/

And these of the Pigalle 120:

http://postimg.org/image/nnmvppqth/
http://postimg.org/image/mpb4162v9/
http://postimg.org/image/s1zyfaqrp/
http://postimg.org/image/m9v8uerk5/

The Pigalle seems strange to me, since the right one fits a LOT bigger then the left one!
I couldn't figure out how to directly include the pictures, for the love of my life, hope this works!;)

=/ The new photos aren't very helpful either. I don't know why the seller is uploading such tiny pictures. I don't see any glaring red flags but cannot give a 100% confident authentication unless these photos are bigger.

Thanks a bunch for trying nonetheless! I'm not sure that the seller will again add pictures, but I have again requested more. If I do decide to bid, I'll add my own photos when the shoes arrive. Thanks again!

Please help, a person accused these of being fakes and I bought them from SAKS!
:(:(

but these were purchased in 2007, not current
some of the pictures were lighter because I was trying to show details, the first picture is the actual color of the soles

I took many detailed pictures as well, but haven't quite figured out yet how to insert them here!

Greetings, Jada

Ok let me try and post further pictures, these are of the Lapono:

And these of the Pigalle 120:

I couldn't figure out how to directly include the pictures, for the love of my life, hope this works!;)

Next time please post the requests in the format specified in the first post of this thread.

The Lamponos are authentic.
The "Pigalle" are also authentic but despite the box, I'm inclined to say they are the new "So Kate".

I asked her, but she did not respond yet, I hope she will before the auction ends.. What about these?

Item: Authentic Christian Louboutin Very Prive nude patent shoes 120 4.5 37.5 receipt
Listing number: 321146171951
Seller: princesses.wardrobe
Link: http://www.ebay.nl/itm/Authentic-Ch...men_s_Shoes&hash=item4ac5cdb22f#ht_500wt_1225

These look good so far, but again would like to see a better shot of the shoe's profile (not taken at an angle and not "cut off" for 100%.

These look good, could you please upload a profile photo of the shoe on a flat surface?

yes mam!! appreciate it so much! I am so nervous as it was the first time someone accuse me of selling fake :( thank you again!

p.s the little bumps in the heels are the bow tie knots.

THANK YOU!!!
I was convinced they can't be real, since there is some "bleeding" of the black color onto the red sole, and as mentioned, the right one of the "Pigalle" fits a lot bigger then the left.

Is there any particular reason someone would try to sell so Kates as Pigalles? Do Pigalles sell for more? I was thinking as well that the tip of the shoe box looks slightly different then Pigalles do usually.
