Could someone with knowledge of Tom Ford sunglasses please share if they have ever seen an authentic pair where the etching is see-through? I have 3 authentic pairs but they are all from the 2008-2013 era. All 3 of these have a sort of matte etching where the glass is still tinted where the letters are etched. However, in recent years I've been seeing clear letters so when you hold the lenses up to the sky the etched logo would let all the light through. At first I thought these were all fake, but I just received a pair with the clear lettering from what is supposed to be a trusted retailer here in Europe. Are they fake or did TF switch from colored lenses to clear lenses with a colored coating? Thank you!
